We are seeking a highly motivated Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our dynamic team at the University of New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented academic to contribute to the advancement of teaching and research in a supportive and stimulating environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, and contributing to the development of the School's research profile. The role requires a strong commitment to academic excellence, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in biomedical sciences
- Conduct research in a related field and publish high-quality outcomes
- Develop and implement curriculum programs
- Supervise students and provide mentorship
- Contribute to the School's research profile and professional outreach
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of research and publication
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
- Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence and student learning
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $123,000 - $172,000 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, additional leave, and opportunities for career development.
