Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

This key role involves acting as the voice of the customer, defining what success looks like, and making trade-offs between various inputs.

  • Work closely with customers to iteratively meet their needs and provide value across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Balance Service NSW and government goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility to design and ship products that meet customer expectations.
  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for your domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct customer research and synthesize insights into actionable next steps to drive product development.
  • Analyse data, outline success metrics, and measure success across products to inform decision-making.
  • Create and continuously prioritize a roadmap and backlog, including user story writing, to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making even with imperfect information, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Work to proactively unify customers' experience across the product offering by engaging with other product teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has successfully shipped digital products with a great customer experience in a lean environment.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in New South Wales, Australia.
