Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Supporting patient's rights and responsibilities, including respect for cultural and religious diversity, is essential.

Demonstrating flexibility to meet staffing needs of department/organization is crucial.

Productivity standards, accepting low census time and/or extra time as needed, must be met.

A leadership role while appropriately following the chain of command is expected.

Age-appropriate and population-specific care in a safe, skillful, accurate, and efficient manner to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics as appropriate to treatment area(s) is necessary.

Formulating and/or contributing to the discharge plan will be a key responsibility.
