Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated purchasing student to join our purchasing department on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual looking to build a career in purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate supplier details in the Bravo system.
- Create requisitions in the NORMA procurement system.
- Assist in the sourcing of new products and services.
- Develop and maintain a register of indirect service data, including contracts, agreements, contacts, service frequencies, and charge rates.
- Investigate discrepancies in indirect supplier invoices and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and monitor general office maintenance, including gates, lifts, pest control, and cleaning.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new subcontractors.
Requirements
- Currently studying supply chain management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
