The Electrical Systems Designer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing electrical systems. They will also perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, installation and operational standards, specifications and designs for electrical systems or components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Electrical System: Develop plans, blueprints and specifications for electrical systems.
  • System Implementation: Design, control and implement electrical systems and products.
  • Technical Calculations: Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, installation and operational standards, specifications and designs for electrical systems or components.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze electrical system requirements, capacity, cost and project needs and then develop a system plan.
  • Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including product reports and design specifications.
  • Technical Drawing: Analyze and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
  • Electrical System Concept: Enact Electrical System Concept & Design Criteria, Performing in Electrical Study & Equipment Sizing Calculation, Establishing Equipment List & Electrical Load List, Preparing Technical Specification & Equipment Supplier TBE, Creating Construction Process Drawing & Deliverables, Taking-off, Electrical Bill of Material etc.
  • Safety Standards: Ensure that products meet relevant safety standards and engineering codes.
  • Procurement Support: Provide technical bid evaluation for electrical equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationships: Define customer needs and requirements and provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
