About the Position:

We are seeking a registered psychologist to join our team at a dynamic and multidisciplinary wellness centre in Bundoora. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with professionals from various fields, including psychology, naturopathy, nutrition, and massage therapy. Our centre offers holistic care and a strong focus on well-being.

What We Offer:

  • A subcontracting arrangement that provides 60% of session fees, with full administrative support, allowing you to focus on your clients.
  • Administrative support, including receptionist handling bookings, invoicing, and referrals.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including the option to choose your days and hours, with the ability to start with 2 days per week and increase as your caseload builds.
  • Monthly payments, ensuring a timely and efficient management of your finances.
  • A broad client base, including referrals from GPs, with a mix of teenagers and adults, presenting with various mental health issues.
  • Supervision and team support, with the option to schedule sessions as needed, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Client flexibility, allowing you to work with clients that fit your expertise and preferences.

About You:

  • Registered psychologist with experience working with adolescents and adults, preferably in a private practice setting.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients manage mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to participate in peer supervision and contribute to the supportive atmosphere of the clinic.
