Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization within our warehouse facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the warehouse to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment for all employees.

Duties:

  • Sweeping and mopping floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris
  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces such as shelves, equipment, and furniture
  • Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms
  • Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and location factors.
