Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Support Assistant to join our team in Townsville. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of young children. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work closely with our educators and support staff to ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and included in our centre's programs and activities.

You will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of children, providing individualized care and attention, and collaborating with our team to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification;
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willingness to obtain these;

In addition, we are looking for someone who is energetic, fun, and committed to guiding children's early learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with young children, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
