Urgent Care Medical Provider
We are seeking experienced medical professionals with urgent care or emergency room experience to treat patients of all ages. The role involves treating adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up) and offers a variety of scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.
- Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (ages 6 months and up).
- Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
- Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments/medications.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting as a NP or PA, and be comfortable with minor procedures and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays. Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree for Physician Assistants: NCCPA Certification required.
- Master's degree for Nurse Practitioners: Appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
