Position Overview

Our head office is located in Perth, Western Australia. With a robust pipeline of forthcoming projects, we are seeking multiple Site Engineers to enhance our site-based team for initiatives throughout Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the construction of tailings dams at diverse sites;
  • Ensure quality control and assurance for earthworks, encompassing both laboratory and field testing;
  • Facilitate the effective execution and delivery of project objectives;

Ideal Candidate Profile

The preferred candidates will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Geotechnical or Civil disciplines;
  • Relevant experience in the mining sector, particularly in earth fill dam construction;
  • A comprehensive understanding of earthworks quality assurance and control standards;
  • Strong communication and reporting capabilities;
  • Proven experience in site supervision and client engagement, demonstrating the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships;
  • Familiarity with laboratory and field soil testing methodologies.
