We're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As an HR Case Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing workplace investigations, gathering evidence, and drafting allegations to deliver detailed findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workplace investigations, gathering evidence and drafting allegations to deliver detailed findings.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless communication and updates.
- Evaluate all practices against industrial instruments, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive reports for each case.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of employee relations strategies.
About You
You're driven by the challenge of untangling complex issues and providing clarity through detailed investigation processes. Your meticulous approach ensures that all your findings are thorough and actionable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex workplace investigations.
- A background in employee relations (ER) or industrial relations (IR).
- Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with handling a variety of HR issues.
- Legal experience or a background in law is highly desirable.
