Senior Financial Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulated consumer credit products and a proven track record of delivering significant projects and initiatives within the financial services domain.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex business problems and drive strategic growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer credit products and develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement within our consumer financial product offerings.
  • Provide oversight for the operational integrity of our products, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or FinTech domain, with a strong focus on consumer credit products.
  • Deep expertise in payments and consumer lending operations, including underwriting, collections, hardship programs, payment systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
