About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based around Canberra with flexible working arrangements and work from home options available. You will be joining an established team who believe in discovering what's possible in people's lives and empowering them to live well.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding
  • Assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients living in the community
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
About You
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency
  • Post-graduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including the community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
