Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software solutions using full stack development, React, .NET, and SQL technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical design skills and a history of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Relevant experience in full stack development, React, .NET, and SQL.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or the ability to demonstrate commensurate qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A confident outlook with a proven ability to provide a positive example to team colleagues.
