Job Description

We are seeking a Volunteer Retail Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission by providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, sorting and pricing donations, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience
  • Processing transactions through point of sale systems, including cash and credit card payments
  • Sorting and pricing donations, ensuring they are accurately categorized and priced for resale
  • Creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and showcase our products
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
