We are seeking experienced dams engineers to join our global team at Mott MacDonald. As a leading provider of dam engineering services, we have a growing portfolio of projects and are looking for professionals who can provide owners engineer services, lead the design of large, multidisciplinary projects, and supervise the work of more junior staff.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and professional guidance to aid the development of junior staff

About You

You will be a collaborative and experienced dams engineer with a passion for fast-paced major projects. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to influence and guide key stakeholders. In addition, we are seeking professionals with:

  • Chartered civil engineer with State Professional Engineer registration where applicable (or ability to obtain Professional Engineering registration)
  • Professional experience of dams, reservoirs, and hydraulic structures
  • Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
