As a Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end high-quality consulting projects that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex consulting projects, defining work plans and ensuring delivery to quality and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Department to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategic consulting projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to build the skills and capabilities of the consulting team.
  • Contribute to the development of the Department's consulting function, including the development of methodologies, tools, and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading consulting projects and teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
