The role involves working with diverse clients, including those with complex needs, to provide evidence-based interventions and develop tailored treatment plans. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to deliver holistic care and offering guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or higher.
  • Previous experience in Psychology within the NDIS preferred but not essential.
  • Registration with AHPRA (full or provisional registration).
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families and service providers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation.
  • Experience in working with people with complex needs, including complex trauma, adults and the elderly with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex mental health diagnoses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work to productivity targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and take ownership of a caseload of participants.
