HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the team at North Turramurra

The Clinical Care Manager will play a key role in delivering HammondCare's Mission and Model of care by making a significant contribution to the clinical care delivery in the Residential setting.

The Clinical Care Manager will work within the philosophy and core values of HammondCare to ensure that the service is tailored to the needs of individual residents and delivered in a style that aims to maximise resident satisfaction.

The Clinical Care Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical advice to Managers, SDAs/RNs and Care Staff on clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare's model of care.
  • Education in clinical areas and processes and assisting in the facilitation of clinical care delivery by Carers.
  • Supporting and investigating clinical/resident incidents as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders, including family members and allied health professionals.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work well with other staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance/budgets.
  • Experience managing a team of skilled frontline Carers and Nurses.
