Operate State-of-the-Art Packaging Machinery

As a Packaging Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and correct operation of high-speed packaging equipment within a warehouse facility.
This 12-month fixed-term full-time role on a weekly rotating roster offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.
- Maintaining safety, health, and environmental standards are top priorities.
- Responsible for product sampling and testing, ensuring accurate results.
- Managing inventory levels and maintaining adequate stock holding across the operation.
- Collaborating with customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Undertaking general labour duties, including housekeeping, basic maintenance, and other tasks as required.
- Reporting incidents and hazards to supervisors promptly.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High Risk Work Licence - LF.
- SAP, LDMS & AMPLA experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience operating mobile plant and/or heavy equipment.
- Ability to operate state-of-the-art automated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols.
