Workforce Solutions Architect

As a seasoned Workforce Strategy Professional, you will thrive on running your own show, sparking meaningful change, and leaving clients impressed. You will craft tailored solutions across workforce strategy, hire-to-retire lifecycle, and organisational restructuring; leading impactful OD programs.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in complex, people-focused environments (education, government, aged care, social impact, or community services). They have a track record of delivering high-impact results in these settings.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing client projects - workforce strategy, organisation design, accountability frameworks, function/job design, and innovation.
- Transforming K-12 schools using HR and OD expertise.
- Supporting the CXO with uncovering long-term opportunities to embed the PeopleBench platform and elevate HR practices in schools.
- Leveling up professional learning and psychometric tools to drive adoption and create impact.
- Spotting upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities; collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product.
- Representing the voice of the customer; ensuring insights shape new products, processes, and offerings.
- Engaging at forums and events; representing PeopleBench with energy and credibility.
This role requires a strategic approach to problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity. The ideal candidate is passionate about sharing insights and elevating others.
