About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Mediix in a private practice setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing the physical needs of patients, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical needs of patients
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal patient recovery
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in your therapeutic approach
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-management techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
