Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Analyze workloads and set productivity goals to drive operational efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize customer service operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in customer service within transport, logistics, or warehousing.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience handling complex customer interactions and delivering effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in transport and warehouse management systems (or similar IT platforms).
