Employment Services Manager

This leadership position entails overseeing the delivery of employment services across multiple sites, ensuring sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities. You will lead and motivate a team of employment consultants to deliver high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities- Oversight of operations in Kiewa VIC and South Eastern NSW ESAs
- Leading and empowering a team to deliver exceptional service results
- Facilitating staff training and development to ensure provision of person-centred services
- Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create employment opportunities
- Leveraging systems and reports to analyse and monitor performance metrics
- Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance benchmarks
- Leadership and management experience, preferably in the employment services sector
- Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education
- Success driven with ability to achieve performance targets
- Problem solving skills with ability to develop innovative strategies
- Relationship building skills with stakeholders
- Quality focus with emphasis on continuous improvement
- Tech-savviness with data, systems and reports
