Job Overview
We are seeking a Nurse to provide person-centred care that meets regulatory and professional standards.
About the Role:
As a Nurse, you will practice within your scope, developing from novice to proficient through ongoing learning and experience. You will remain responsible and accountable for your own nursing actions, contributing to safe, effective, and respectful care that upholds the dignity of every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Develop and implement nursing plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the relevant authorities and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
- Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
