About the role:

As a key member of our Medical Review team, you will provide expert support and medical advice on complex medical review cases escalated by stakeholders, in accordance with guidelines, policies, procedures and legislation.

This role is focused on assessing and managing complex medical review cases, applying guidelines, legislation, policies and procedures to determine fitness to drive.

  • Assess and manage complex medical review cases, using your expertise and knowledge of relevant guidelines, legislation and policies.
  • Identify and analyse trends from correspondence and phone inquiries to inform process improvements and build team capability through innovative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote consistent, fair engagement and drive improved outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative practices that support continuous improvement and workplace change.
