About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering on the logical and physical solution architecture aspects for our significant Program.

You will work closely with our solution product vendor and system integration partner, as well as other teams across the Information & Technologies Branch. Your expertise will be essential in designing, delivering, and upgrading our HCMS solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stable, viable solutions suitable for performance specifications.
  • Produce roadmaps and patterns for new and existing solutions, aligned with strategic plans to support efficient reuse of solutions.
  • Deliver multiple concurrent key initiatives and demonstrate high levels of relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise and solution architectures, and establish assessment criteria for the selection of systems architecture components.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, with a focus on ERP and Human Capital Management on-premises/cloud/hybrid solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience with solution architecture and practical implementation of stable, viable solutions.
  • Expertise in TOGAF, ITIL, and Development Frameworks, including Release and Change control methods.
