Job Summary:

Skillforce Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Grader Operator/Road Train Operator to join our team on a FIFO basis at the Tropicana Mine Site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating grader equipment and road trains to support the mine's infrastructure and civil earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate grader equipment to maintain and improve access roads and other infrastructure at the Tropicana Mine Site.
  • Drive road trains to transport materials and equipment to and from the mine site.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on grader equipment and road trains.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Current Grader Ticket.
  • Valid Heavy Combination (HC) or Medium Combination (MC) Driver's Licence.
  • Experience operating grader equipment and road trains in a mining or construction environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
