About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to play a key role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

The Medical Imaging Assistant will work closely with technical and clerical staff to ensure optimum clinic efficiency across multiple modalities, improving patient health care through accessible and innovative imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for procedures and examinations, providing clear explanations and information
  • Cannulate patients as required and assist technical staff with patient positioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient care, developing strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Perform other general duties as outlined in the attached position description

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for care and empathy
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, previous medical reception or clinical experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
