School Cleaner Position

We are seeking a reliable and efficient School Cleaner to join our team. As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and other areas.

  • Providing a high standard of cleaning in and around the school as per the cleaning brief.
  • Complete a rubbish bin run on a buggy around the school grounds.
  • Cleaning bathrooms/toilets, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Cleaning experience.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail when cleaning.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A sound understanding of Safe Chemical use, and OHS in the workplace.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week. The shift will be an afternoon shift, from 4.00pm-8.00pm, Monday to Friday.
