About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children. Your expertise will help create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to their individual needs.

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive education programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with our centre leadership team to develop and review curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with the National Quality Framework and promotes excellence in early childhood education.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary package that includes a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation. In addition to your remuneration, you will receive a range of benefits, including 50% discount off your childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, and access to professional development opportunities. You will also have the option to purchase additional leave for greater work-life balance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, as well as current NSW Teachers Registration (NESA) and a valid Working with Children Check. Previous experience as a teacher in a school or early learning environment is highly desirable.
