Elevate your culinary career with a challenging full-time position at Australia's largest inflight meal manufacturer. Work in an award-winning team and develop your skills to new heights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare meals for business & economy class passengers on domestic and international Airlines.
  • Follow precise recipes from menus tailored to each Airline partner.
  • Manage bulk ingredients and maintain mise en place.
  • Responsible for stock control and minimizing food waste.
  • Execute tasks assigned by section supervisors or Sous Chefs.

You will work in a busy kitchen with a dedicated team prioritizing safety. Competitive pay rates apply, along with free parking, staff meals, and uniforms provided.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications required.
  • Passion and drive to deliver high-quality food to customers.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Understanding of ingredients and experience cooking Asian cuisine such as Japanese, Thai, Malay, Nyonya, or Cantonese recipes.
