About the Role:

As a Frontend Engineer specializing in GenAI Agents, you'll leverage your expertise to drive quality outcomes for customers. You will identify challenges, research complex human-agent interaction problems, and lead solution design and development of key projects advancing our mission and integrating seamlessly with broader engineering goals.

  • Design, implement, and deliver robust frontend software solutions for product features, focusing on integrating and orchestrating interactions with GenAI agents.
  • Write high-quality code that follows best practices, considering unique challenges of frontend interaction with NLP models and agent outputs.
  • Uphold high engineering standards and coordinate with Infrastructure and Quality, ensuring reliable display and interaction with AI-generated content and agent states.
  • Influence problem-solving with senior, mid, and junior engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes, particularly in human-agent interaction design and prompt engineering.
  • Mentor junior engineers in impactful ways, guiding them in designing and developing user interfaces for AI-driven features.
  • Participate in prompt engineering discussions, contributing a frontend perspective on how prompts can be structured to optimize user experience and agent responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing reusable components with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Extensive experience working with various APIs (REST, GraphQL) and strong understanding of system integration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and how they translate to user interactions.
  • Proven ability to design and implement intuitive Human-Agent Interaction patterns and apply UX principles for conversational AI or agent-driven interfaces.
