About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves leading the implementation of integrated SHEQ frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will provide expert advice and support on Work Health and Safety (WHS), environmental compliance, and quality systems. Your role will also involve partnering with leaders across clinical, aviation, and maintenance teams to drive a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of SHEQ strategies and plans.
- Provide guidance and support on WHS, environmental compliance, and quality management.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to incident investigations, audits, hazard assessments, and accreditation processes.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Work Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, or related fields.
- Knowledge and skill in managing occupational health, safety, and wellbeing in a high-risk industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation for WHS and Environmental requirements.
- Experience in supporting remote and regional operations.
