Job Title: Mobile App Developer

Key Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Developer to drive our mobile application strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Android and iOS development, with a strong understanding of web services and API-backed mobile app development.

Essential Skills
  • Develop high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Java, Kotlin, Swift and SwiftUI
  • Design and implement scalable, responsive UI components that meet the needs of diverse user groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile apps with other systems and maximise business value
  • Work closely with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Android engineer with exposure to Jetpack Compose, Android platform SDKs and Agile methodologies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building native applications for iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions on AWS or Azure and experience working with payment gateways/APIs
  • Relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
