Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic land use and planning policy initiatives to drive community growth and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster inclusive engagement and inform decision-making processes
- Design and implement high-quality plans and reports on strategic planning matters, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Build strong relationships within the development industry and community, promoting mutual understanding and respect
- Degree in Town Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Science, Urban Design, Architecture or equivalent discipline
- Proven technical knowledge and experience in strategic land use planning, as well as relevant environmental and planning legislation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including critical thinking and time management
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration
