Job Description

As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the risk function within a well-regarded Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisation in Sydney.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement a Risk Management Plan aligned with organisational objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and frameworks to ensure effective governance and compliance.
  • Evaluating the current risk system and leading potential upgrades.
  • Preparing and presenting Board reports on risk and compliance matters.
  • Driving quality assurance and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
