About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a mid-weight Designer and support the design and execution of customer communications. The role focuses on both conceptual ideation and translating existing creative concepts into production-ready assets, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy across all customer touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be ideas-led and creatively driven, with a dedication to pushing boundaries of design thinking and elevate the quality of creative output. They will collaborate closely with Senior Creatives, Copywriters, and Agency Leaders to implement design systems, building engaging customer content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate creative standards across all touchpoints by conceptualizing and developing original and innovative ideas that align with project goals.
  • Translate design concepts into finalized artwork, preparing and packaging design files for development and deployment while adhering to technical requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all communications reflect the visual identity and tone, conducting thorough quality checks on all design assets.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or artwork production, preferably within a digital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with modular design systems and creating assets for customer channel communications.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus any other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
