Leadership roles in landscape management are highly regarded, particularly those that involve team leadership and client liaison. A successful Team Leader will have a strong understanding of commercial landscape management principles and be able to apply these in a practical setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of Ground Persons
  • Client relationship building and maintenance
  • Project management to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
  • Hands-on maintenance, including operating ride-on mowers

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Pest and disease identification and control
  • Hedging and weeding tasks
  • Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in sports turf maintenance (highly regarded)
  • A valid white card
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience leading a high-performing team
