As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for sourcing and cataloguing the latest policy and research for our repository, and using your editorial expertise to deliver high-quality newsletters to our subscribers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and curate relevant publications and materials, exploring new content options to enhance our repository.
  • Create accurate and descriptive metadata, including subject information and clear summaries, in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Maintain and update our classification systems and taxonomies to ensure seamless navigation.
  • Edit existing records to reflect our current style guide and editorial decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement design, IA, and UX improvements.
  • Manage and deliver our newsletter services, ensuring relevance to subscribers and stakeholders.
  • Mint Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) as requested and in compliance with guidelines.
  • Deliver the website and newsletter advertising service.
  • Monitor our inboxes and respond to requests in a timely and personable manner.
  • Manage and maintain relevant databases and shared documents.
  • Engage with stakeholders and the user community through various activities.
Selection Criteria
  • Tertiary degree in information management, journalism, public policy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing clear and concise written communications for a government audience.
  • Experience with content and information management systems and databases.
  • High-level communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse interests and cultures.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Alignment to our organisation's values and mission.
