Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager at Creative Garden Heathcote to oversee the operation of our licensed childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders
  • Lead and support professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Benefits:
  • Attractive salary between $83,000.00pa - $99,000.00pa based on Centre Manager experience
  • Access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary
