Plastic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon to join our team in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective person-centred care, teaching and supervising resident medical staff and students, and contributing to the development of our unit's clinical practice.

• Assess and manage patients in consultation with treating consultants
• Interact extensively with other healthcare professionals, including nursing and allied health staff
• Manage your own time, education, and training, and complete college requirements
• Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary treating team
• Ensure coordination of care for patients in your unit
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Current general registration with AHPRA
• Employee working with children's check
• Primary medical degree
• FRACS or equivalent in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
