Design Visionary

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to collaborate with our architectural team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong portfolio and a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality 3D concept designs, visualizations, and mood boards.
  • Produce accurate and detailed interior documentation and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and the project team.
  • Manage the interior design scope directly with clients.
  • Collaborate with project architects for cohesive architectural outcomes.
  • Prepare and contribute to concept design presentations.
  • Specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Attend site visits and construction meetings as required.
  • E nsure projects are delivered successfully, on time.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for high-quality documentation.
  • Experience in SketchUp for 3D modeling.
  • Familiarity with Lumion for 3D visualization.
  • Strong design presentation and scheduling skills using Programa.
  • Ability to design in alignment with architectural intent.
  • Excellent knowledge of finishes, fixtures, and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience managing interior design scopes directly with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
