As a Trades Assistant, you will provide support in workshop and manufacturing tasks, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining the highest quality standards and prioritizing workplace safety.

• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist production operations by working alongside tradespeople and operating equipment safely under supervision.
• Perform dogging and basic rigging duties as authorized by your High-Risk Work Licence and site permit systems.
• Support crane and lifting operations under approved plans, ensuring compliance with permit-to-work and site lifting procedures.

• Demonstrate experience in manufacturing, mining, or heavy industrial environments.
• Emphasize strong focus on workplace safety and risk management.
• Exhibit basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool skills.
• Display effective communication and time-management abilities.
