As a mobile Podiatrist, you'll play a vital role in our team, working with clients in aged care facilities and communities across Brisbane to provide comprehensive podiatry assessments and treatments.

The Opportunity

This is a locum role with the potential for a full-time position, offering a flexible approach to work-life balance. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, providing high-quality podiatric care and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb
  • Conduct diabetic foot health assessments
  • Contribute to patient chronic disease management plans
  • Provide treatment for high-risk patient groups
  • Offer footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff, and carers
  • Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary
  • Perform biomechanical assessments
  • Maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including stock management and equipment maintenance

About You

We're seeking experienced or new graduate clinicians who share our vision for delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. As a qualified, AHPRA-registered Podiatrist, you'll have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a community or aged care setting. You'll need to be comfortable traveling to clients across Brisbane and provide your own vehicle.
