Cover-More Group is a leading provider of travel insurance solutions. We're committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers, and we're seeking an experienced Digital Architecture Lead to join our team.

As a Digital Architecture Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You'll be responsible for designing and governing system architecture across Cover-More Group, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of program architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding the design of program solution architecture
  • Contributing to the overall design governance of system architecture across Cover-More Group
  • Designing and governing system integrations
  • Maintaining quality in program architecture
  • Supporting the facilitation of governance and adoption of the right solution across your delegated area of responsibility
  • Assessing the direct and indirect impact of Architecture on the end customer and seeking opportunities to improve the overall customer experience (both efficiency and effectiveness outcomes)
  • Supporting the overarching Group Architecture strategy

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a Solution Architecture role with exposure to business applications, integration, security, and data architecture within a large and complex business environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Information, Engineering, Technology or related field
  • Thorough understanding of key technology architectural frameworks and standards
  • Strong technical background and exposure to leading technology platform integration frameworks, Integration patterns and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS)
  • Experience designing and integrating mobility solutions leveraging AWS services and platforms
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
  • Ideal experience within financial services or fintech
