Maths Tutor Position

We are seeking an experienced maths tutor to provide high-quality instruction for students from Primary to VCE levels.

  • Deliver engaging two-hour group sessions with some one-on-one tutoring opportunities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with our program coordinator to design tailored programs that meet individual needs
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment through positive interactions with students

Requirements:

  • Passion for maths and excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification or current university student
  • Reliability, professional personal presentation, and ability to lead classes independently
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not essential
