Our team is seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join us as Inflight Hosts/Hostesses.
As an Inflight Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our passengers during flights. You will also be involved in welcoming guests onboard our aircraft, handling emergencies, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment throughout the journey.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with your schedule, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Working hours will involve a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods. As an Inflight Host, you will be required to work at short notice and be available to cover unexpected shifts.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Have three years' prior employment in part-time or full-time roles focusing on customer care
- Possess a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Hold an Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
- Be comfortable around cats and dogs who may travel on board our aircraft from time to time
- Be able to reach a height of 180cm
