About the Role

The Recruitment Alternative is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician or Dual Trade Electrician / HVAC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality electrical and HVAC services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of electrical services and systems.
  • Quote and estimate electrical and HVAC work, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Service, maintain, and install HVAC systems, including diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Train apprentices as required, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Identify opportunities to present our services to clients, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrician/Refrigeration Technician in residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Dual trade Electrician/Refrigeration Technician qualifications highly regarded.
  • A Class unrestricted electrical license, with supervisor's license or ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work safely according to our OHS policy.
  • Proven diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with interest in appliance service and repairs.
  • Able to drive a manual vehicle, with time management skills and ability to adhere to workflows.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a positive attitude and solutions-driven approach.
