Our Early Childhood Educator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional early learning experiences for young children aged 1-5 years.

Job Description

In alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our educator will nurture curiosity, independence, and a love for learning, while forming collaborative relationships with families to foster a community of trust and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Room Leader in delivering an engaging, inquiry-based program inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, catering to the developmental needs of children aged 1-5 years.
  • Maintain comprehensive and ongoing documentation of each child's development, using reflective practices to inform planning and individualised support.
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and plan for a small group of children, ensuring their holistic development.
  • Curate stimulating and developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire curiosity and creativity.
  • Foster meaningful, respectful partnerships with families, providing regular updates and involving them in their child's learning journey.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning culture, contributing to team planning and professional growth.
